But, this is not just a safe gluten free option, it’s a restaurant that creates a special environment and particularly delicious Chinese dumplings. The waiting staff knew exactly what she was talking about and advised against gyozas, which do contain gluten. A wonderful find for anyone near Paris Gare du Nord. And thank you to the staff that extended such a warm welcome and looked after us so well.
