Absolutely delicious gluten free soup dumplings!!! I never thought I’d have the chance to have these ever again. They were incredible for gluten free! I got them fried, but they have steamed available as well. I’m so glad I found this place, as they did a great job with the soup dumplings in particular. They also had gluten free soy sauce or tamari for dipping use. Seemed well versed in taking proper precautions
